2. How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us
2.1 You may place an order for any Product advertised for sale on the Site by following the onscreen prompts. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order before submitting payment. Once submitted, your order constitutes an offer to purchase the Product(s).
2.2 After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note this does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation (“Dispatch Confirmation”).
2.3 We may choose not to accept an order for any reason, including out-of-stock items, payment authorization failure, or suspected fraudulent activity. We are not liable to you or anyone else in such circumstances.
3. Delivery
3.1 We will deliver the Products according to the shipping option chosen at checkout. Delivery timelines shown are estimates and not guarantees.
3.2 Delivery will be made to the address provided in your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information.
3.3 Certain large or heavy items may include additional shipping fees. You will be notified before confirming your order.
4. Risk and Ownership
4.1 Ownership of the Products passes to you once full payment is received.
4.2 Risk passes to you upon delivery to your specified shipping address. We are not responsible for loss or damage once the Products are delivered.
5. Price and Payment
5.1 All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.
5.2 Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of the accepted payment methods. By submitting payment, you confirm that the card or payment account used is yours and that funds are available.
5.3 We use secure third-party processors to manage payments. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or card provider.
6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
6.1 You may cancel your order prior to shipment. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
6.2 Due to the nature of our products (wellness patches and personal-use items), returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery, or if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
6.3 To initiate a return, contact us at contact@helpclientservice.com for authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
6.4 Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase, within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned items.
6.5 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
